CREATOR CODE OF CONDUCT 

Respect and Professionalism
Creators are required to behave respectfully, courteously, and professionally on the platform. It is essential to respect other designers, customers, and the customer service team. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or insults is strictly prohibited.

Transparency and Honesty
Creators are required to present their work transparently and honestly. All product descriptions and pricing information must be accurate and truthful. Making false promises or presenting products in a misleading way is not permitted.

Creativity and Originality
Creators may only upload their own, creative works, ensuring that they do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks. Uploading original and unique designs helps maintain a fair competitive environment.

Customer Service and Communication
Designers are required to respond to inquiries from customers and potential buyers in a timely manner. Communication must always be conducted with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. Every inquiry must be handled respectfully and politely.

Quality of Work
Designers must ensure that their work is technically flawless and meets the MagicPrints quality requirements. It is expected that designs are uploaded in high resolution to achieve the best possible printing results.

Responsibility for Designs
Creators are responsible for ensuring that their work complies with all applicable legal requirements, including copyright, trademark laws, and other relevant legislation. Additionally, they are responsible for the quality of their designs and their impact on the end users.

Compliance with T&Cs and Guidelines
Creators are required to adhere to MagicPrints' Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and seller guidelines. Violating the T&Cs or the Code of Conduct may result in the suspension of the creator's account.

Fair Competition and Collaboration
Creators must engage in fair competition and may not participate in dishonest practices such as plagiarism or unfair pricing. MagicPrints aims to build a positive and supportive community where designers respect and assist each other.

Environmental Awareness and Sustainability
 Creators are encouraged to act in an environmentally conscious manner and to incorporate sustainable practices into their design work and handling of materials to minimize environmental impact.
