TERMS OF USE FOR CREATORS

  1. Compensation
     How is compensation determined for creators?

  • The compensation structure is determined by the subscription you choose. The subscription can be modified later.

What percentage will I receive as a creator after a design is sold (as a print sheet or clothing product)?

  • The compensation depends on the subscription chosen. Currently, creators only receive a commission after the sale of print sheets. Sales of clothing products are not part of the compensation.

  1. Usage Rights
     Will my designs be used exclusively or non-exclusively?

  • MagicPrints does not require exclusive usage rights for your designs. When a design is sold, the buyer does not acquire any usage rights, and MagicPrints or its clients are not granted any rights for commercial use.

Do I retain full rights to my designs?

  • Yes, you retain full rights to your designs. MagicPrints only provides the platform, infrastructure, and services for you. This service includes the production of print sheets, printing on clothing, shipping, and handling.

  1. Pricing
     Can I set the price for my designs, or is it determined by you?

  • Yes, you can set the price for your designs and the size of the print sheets during the upload process.

  1. Contractual Terms
     Do I need to sign a contract or agree to other terms? Where can I view these terms?

  • Yes, by registering, you accept the Terms and Conditions (T&C), the creator’s code of conduct, and the seller’s guidelines. These can be viewed on the platform.

  1. Payments Handling
     How are payments made to creators (e.g., payment dates, payment methods)?

  • Creators are paid once a week via the payment method provided in their user account.

  1. Marketing and Sales
     What marketing activities does MagicPrints conduct to promote designs and sales?

  • MagicPrints performs marketing activities on well-known social media channels, Google platforms, and is building an influencer network to support the sale of designs.

  1. Support
     How does MagicPrints provide support for creators (e.g., technical or other assistance)?

  • Support is available in German and English during office hours via the chat interface on the website, as well as through WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram platforms.
